Our Wedding

Sam and I met in 2020 and quickly formed a strong friendship. It didn't take long for us to realize there was something special between us. From our very first date to now planning our wedding, we've grown so much—both as individuals and as a couple.In May 2021, Sam asked me to be his girlfriend, and at the time, it was the easiest "yes." Five years later, so much has changed, but one thing has remained constant: our love for each other.On January 2, 2026, Sam proposed in my parents' living room. Looking back, I realize I didn't even say "yes." The only words I could get out were, "Thank you!" Thankfully, he knew that meant yes. It truly became the easiest "yes" of my life.His proposal was intimate, thoughtful, and more perfect than I could have imagined. To say I was surprised would be an understatement.Now, here we are, five years after our journey began, preparing to start our next chapter as husband and wife. We are beyond excited for all that's ahead and so grateful to have each of you by our side as we celebrate this special moment with the people we love most.

Kaitlyn, my best girl and my voice of reason. Through every season of life, she has been by my side—steadfast, supportive, and always there when I need her. She is quick to listen and thoughtful with her words, offering wisdom, comfort, and unwavering love. There is no one else I'd rather have holding my bouquet, wiping away my happy tears, and standing beside me as my Matron of Honor.

Beth came into my life when I was very young, and from the moment she married my brother, she became so much more than a sister-in-law—she became my sister. She gave me Timothy, who everyone knows is my very best pal, and for that alone I could never thank her enough. Beth is honest, wise, and one of the most intentional people I know. I will always be grateful for her unwavering love and support through so many seasons of my life.

She has been a role model to me in so many ways and has never hesitated to give me a little tough love when I needed it most. I truly can't imagine celebrating this day without her by my side.

She brings so much joy and laughter wherever she goes, making life more fun simply by being herself. I couldn't imagine celebrating our wedding day without her by my side.

Cady and I met in 2018 at the very beginning of PTA school. As the two youngest members of our class, we quickly became inseparable, and we've been stuck together ever since. Over the past eight years, we've shared more life together than many friendships experience in a lifetime. If you ever need a good laugh, Cady is your girl—she has a way of bringing joy to every room she walks into. She is my confidant, my constant source of laughter, and someone whose presence in my life is truly irreplaceable. Everyone deserves a friend like Cady, and I feel incredibly lucky that she's mine.

Taylor — A friend I consider a brother. Our families have been closely connected for as long as I can remember, and so have we. You’ve been part of countless memories, milestones, and moments that shaped who I am. Thank you for being part of this day and for always being there for me.

She has been my rock through some of life's greatest challenges, and I honestly can't imagine who—or where—I would be without her. I am endlessly grateful for her friendship and so humbled to have her standing beside me on one of the most important days of my life.

She has already become such a wonderful friend, and I feel incredibly lucky that I'll soon get to call her my sister-in-law. She and Jacob have given me two sweet nephews to love, and I cherish the special bond we've already begun to build. I can't wait to see what the future holds as we officially become family.

Lauren, although we live several hours apart, she has always made it a priority to celebrate Samuel and me through every season of life. She is so easy to love and brings joy and fun wherever she goes. She and Nathan have given us two sweet nephews to love, and we are so excited to welcome our first niece soon. We are incredibly grateful for Lauren, for her love, and for the special place she holds in our lives—not only today, but every day.
